It seems that I am way too often pulled into clutter; whether it’s mentally or physically. I live in a glamorous, busy city and work in a fast-paced job. My mind is constantly yanked in every direction, at every single minute. It rarely ever gets a chance to rest. Finding and keeping simplicity amidst it all feels like a war on my curious and easily distracted mind.
This whole concept grew out of an anger of sorts for what was unfolding around us; a modern world that is growing sicker and unhappier by the day where statistics and facts on such things makes for difficult and scary reading. We believe that this initiative for happiness, the pillars of happiness and the actionable activities and reflections associated with each pillar can and will make a significant difference in your happiness. We all have the conditions to be happy in this very moment maybe we just need a little direction.
